Your appointments as well as those of all our clients are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, appointments may require cancelling or rescheduling, but in our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. This allows the opportunity for someone else to fill that time-slot.

Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hours notice will result in a charge of part, or all, of the service amount.

If less than 24 hours notice is given, but more than 12 hours, you may be charged 50% of your appointment fee.

If less that 12 hours notice is given, or your appointment is a “No-Show”, you may be charged the full amount of your appointment fee.

The fee must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually received, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and try to be on time.
